Primary point of contact for escalation of service issues where response includes; deliverable system results are communicated to key client contacts, encompassing root cause, resolution, and prevention measures.- Manage and maintain escalated issues.- Pro-actively communicate resolution to the client.- Troubleshoot client issues on all processing systems.- Assist clients with customer services issues to include but not limited to claim rejections, status inquiries, format and programming issues.- Set up and document action plans.

Point of contact for vendor enrollment setup and processes- Educate Vendor on enrollment and setup process, available reports, Provider Setup Forms, Add/Change Delete forms.- Serve as point-of-escalation for the customer and communicate effectively with the Vendor and their providers in resolving enrollment, setup, and implementation issues. - Ensure Provider Setup Forms and Add/Change Delete Forms are processed in timely manner into the various systems.- Maintain departmental Log of all work processed for statistical purposes.- Back up Enrollment Personnel within the department as needed.- Research/Process Medical and Hospital Claim Rejection Reports.
