I provide exceptional customer service for patrons in 15 hospitality areas, The Sandlot, concerts, special events, special activations, and events in The Battery. I enthusiastically greet all fans in every avenue of the park, proactively anticipate needs of patrons and assist them in ticketing questions, directional assistance, and ensure they are abiding by the Fan Code of Conduct in each area of the park. I assist the Fan Entertainment and mascot team managing and maintaining Blooper’s Clubhouse, help facilitate Kids Run the Bases and Friday Night Fireworks. I proactively interact with guests to ensure they get any assistance needed during their time at Truist Park. I also work as a substitute teacher for the Cobb County School District.
