The UC Irvine Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) provides institutional oversight and support for all residency and fellowship programs and trainees.

• Monitor the department’s residency programs to be in compliance with policies from both UC Irvine’s Graduate Medical Education Office and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education• Assist Program Director, Associate Program Director, and Chief Administrative Officer to formulate plans for curricula development, educational needs and reviewing program statistics• Oversaw annual ADS update, milestone reporting, ACGME resident/faculty surveys, and APE• Create, collect, and analyze confidential evaluations, data, and reports on faculty, staff, and residents• Organize and manage files for the department as well as document meetings• Manages application, interview, selection, and onboarding of new hires

• Performed clerical tasks such as drafting professional letters, proofreading documents and creating graphs on Microsoft Word and entering data onto Microsoft Excel• Prepared and review confidential files of professors and faculty for merit, promotion, and emeritus• Managed and summarize meetings to staff• Organized staff’s schedules and meetings and maintain professional communication via phone or e-mail to professors, faculty, the Provost, and the Chancellor

• Handled confidential pre-litigation settlements and screened new cases • Investigated potential cases by using the law firm’s database• Prepared demand letters and infringement recovery cases with case data research• Communicated professionally with supervisors, interns, and clients
