The National Inventors Hall of Fame (NIHF) is dedicated to recognizing our NIHF Inductees and incorporating their experience and knowledge into our curricula to inspire creativity at a young age. In partnership with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, our Pre-K through 8th grade STEM programs: Invention Playground (Pre-K), Camp Invention (K-6), Club Invention (1-6) and Invention Project (6-8) are designed to impact students through fun, hands-on activities. I am a wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, and advocate of STEM education. I have a 10 year old son that keeps me busy most of the time. When I do have some spare time, I love kickboxing and taking my two dogs for a walk. I am dedicated to share my passion for STEM education.Careers in the STEM field are the fastest growing segment, yet they go unfilled due to a lack of a qualified talent pool. Despite the availability of STEM career opportunities, students are opting out of this path.
