• Run daily status meeting with art department • Coordinate and distribute daily project hot list to agency• Manage illustration, animation, photo shoot, and translation projects• Create and maintain schedules for projects by working with internal and external resources to meet client deliverable dates• Work with art department and account teams to develop print project specifications• Work with client-contracted vendors to facilitate printed collateral• Purchase digital assets and manage licenses

• Use proprietary software for creating purchase orders and inventory tracking• Establish and maintain vendor database• Negotiate to gain best market price and options for each project• Create and manage print schedules under very tight deadlines• Carefully and regularly manage client inventory through reporting• Facilitate billing process to maintain timely invoicing• Work with vendors to ensure highest quality results for each project• Attend press checks when necessary • Brand management for all accounts

• Plan, execute and manage the print production process for the agency including clients such as ExxonMobil, Welch’s, New Balance, Keurig, and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters• Organize and efficiently manage time for all aspects of each print project from inception to completion• Create mockups for clients to demonstrate concepts and provide input on cost-saving alternate approaches to printing projects• Perform press checks and monitor work of outside vendors to ensure internal client needs are met• Purchase all stock photography and manage the image libraries and licenses• Supervise incoming and outgoing workflow in the art department in assistance to the Creative Services Manager• Maintain excellent vendor database and relationships

• Establish and foster lasting customer relationships by providing exemplary customer service• Train incoming customer service employees on procedure, software, and estimating• Project management including prioritizing, estimating, and billing• Supervise incoming and outgoing workflow • Learn and utilize Print Smith software for quoting and job entry
