Cookie Dough Magic was a wonderful experience full of hard work, dedication, lessons learned and experiences I will never forget. My husband and I started the business from an inspiring trip to New York City in 2018. We accomplished multimillion dollar gross revenue, grew our business into three locations through franchising and shipped our product nationwide. Everything changed during thepandemic and ultimately we sold the rights to the brand in June 2024.I am thankful for all of the experiences through having my own small business. Through it- I found my passion to help other businesses create work flows and processes to bring structure into a world where everything seems like a priority simultaneously.

This position directly reported to the Chairman of the Alabama Republican Party and the Chief of Staff. My primary focus in this position was planning andobtaining fundraising goals through donors, event and email campaigns. I worked along side the Finance Chairman to accomplish the GOP initiative.

JTL Staffing and Payroll was a position that involved many facets. The president also owned a lawn care service (JTL Lawncare) and an homes owners association management business (Elite Housing Management) During my time here I gainedexperience in many areas of overall business management.
