This position is responsible for aiding in or leading the development and implementation of complex consulting projects. Represents the business area in strategic planning activities and provides recommendations based on best practice benchmarking, data analysis and forecasting. Consults with clients to identify future needs or changes to large scale or complex end-to-end processes.

Promoted to Sr. Business Process Consultant in Allstate Technology & Operations (ATO) Billing Application team. Currently serving as a subject matter expert in the billing application area utilizing my breadth of systems and business knowledge. New accountabilities include supporting solution design and architecture as the sole Billing/Payments voice. In addition, I am charged with developing the Billing and Payments business analysts and will oversee all the business requirements for all Billling and Payments initiatives.

Promoted November 2011 to Lead Consultant to help our agents win with Personal Touch Loyalists, My focus will be on removing barriers identified by the National Advisory Board Agents related to billing and payments. As more product and rating plan implementations interact with billing applications and processes, it is important to continue to stay involved with the quick resolution of issues that impact customers. I continue to lead our Production Support area and partner with Allstate Technology & Operations and Customer & Enterprise Services to ensure production issues are prioritized and resolved from customers’ perspectives.
