 Utilize SQL Server Management Studio to extract date from several different sources to create both production and ad-hoc reports. Collaborate with the business lines to ensure documented business requirements are accurate.  Utilize VBA macros and Microsoft Excel to automate and customize production reports. Assist in the data and design of reporting metrics displayed on web-based platforms.

 Responsible for Mortgage Metric Reporting to the OCC . Heavily involved in the OCC Mortgage Consent Order Article VII. Assisted in the building of the RMDM Operational Risk reporting and content for JSCC RMDM report. Complete Remediation for impacted borrowers. Complete file build for remaining OCC Mortgage Consent Order Article VII file builds. Key player in the formation of the Collection Support Department included but not limited too writing policies and procedures, training staff and implementing service level agreements.

 Manage New Loan Setup and Review as well as Collection Support which consists of 3 Direct Reports and a staff of 10. Actively pursue opportunities to improve efficiency and quality within departments. Over 15 process improvements implemented in the last two years totaling an annual savings of over $200,000.00.  Liaison for Consumer Finance between Home Mortgage and CLLO, who servicers of our mortgage loans and installment loans on the MSP and ALS systems. Partner with Default Management, Credit Administration, and the Finance and Admin group to ensure reporting of loan data is accurate.

I started with U.S. Bank setting up consumer auto loans, consumer leases, and consumer mortgage loans. I was in a few different roles related to new loan setup and review and eventually became supervisor of the group. I left loan servicing for a year and worked in the Foreclosure Department before returning as the Loan Servicing Manager in 2005.
