Gather appropriate information to make requested contractual and demographic updates and changes related to provider data in the systems of record in an accurate, complete and timely manner Manage and sustain positive provider relationships. Resolve escalated provider issues and serve as a senior resource to the department and other internal customers. Facilitate accurate provider directory processes. Represent BCBSNC to external provider communities and internal stakeholder groups.• Compiles, analyzes, and verifies the required information for provider enrollment, contracts, and maintenance for completeness and accuracy, and enters it into the systems of record.• Performs User Acceptance Testing on Provider-related systems• Resolves escalated provider issues for the department as well as internal and external customers• Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external audits. May be required to participate in audit interviews and/or to provide key NM data crucial for responses to CMS or internal audit groups.• Trains less experienced Provider Information Analysts through on-the-job training to new employees.• Completes special assignments and/or serves as SME on project teams when requested by leadership.• Facilitates and prepares agendas for team meetings.
