Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, built and scaled the Talent Acquisition discipline at When I Work from a tactical / non-strategic function to a strategic, value-driver at the organization. Played a dual role working with the Creative Group in an Operations role supporting resource utilization, career growth, and retention as well as working with the agency as a whole in a Talent Acquisition role to identify the best talent and bring them into the agency.
