We are a private human service company, proud to partner with a number of public service agencies while also operating additional programs independently - all to serve various populations and communities within our 18-county region. We currently operate numerous programs built upon opportunities, empowerment, and true service. My role specifically: I started as an FSET Program Case Manager in March 2015, moving into a Program Coordinator role in May 2016, and then began transitioning into my role as Employment & Training Manager within FSET and Independent Living in September 2017. Through continued company and team growth, we’ve layered in many other programs, including housing-specific contracts in 2021. This has provided the opportunity for my role to expand each year, including oversight and management for additional programs and initiatives. As part of an Executive Leadership Team within a small company, I also have the privilege of supporting other Leadership Team staff and a multitude of policy, fiscal, cultural, and other company-wide initiatives, services, supports, and responsibilities. My cup overflows from watching customers and employees thrive, collaborating in creative and impactful ways with community partners, and maximizing programmatic opportunities, policies, service and best practices to fulfill big visions as we live out our mission.

I coordinated and developed the Girl Scout Leadership Experience within every corner of various communities through girl and volunteer recruitment, volunteer training and management, and program and community engagement cultivation.
