Business analyst for system that is used as an online resource repository that five service centers used to look up internal and external policies, procedures, and job aids. Responsibilities included:• Identifying trends within the business units (system, content, or behavioral), collected data surrounding those trends, made appropriate recommendations, and implemented solutions accordingly• Project lead/analyst for various system and content projects where I was responsible for writing project statements to identify objectives, scope, timeline, and task list
