• Technical lead for Lattice Predictive Insights. Worked with chief architect, product, and junior engineers. Lay groundwork for a number of core technologies. Mentored junior engineers to get work over the finish line. • Architected a segmentation serving layer in Redshift, leading a team of 3 other engineers, while interfacing with product management and other stakeholders. Minimized AWS costs and maximized for performance and long-term product requirements.• Lead initiative to migrate our Hadoop cluster to a new version and enable support for data-at-rest encryption.

• Technical lead on several core products. I worked closely with product management to help refine requirements for the entire team, worked and delivered on key backend features, and assisted and mentored junior engineers when necessary.
