Provide problem resolution support for all of Gulfstream customers by organizing and managing logistics, resources and vendors to repair aircraft anywhere in the world, on any day and at any time.Provide guidance to customers on complex technical tasks and the proper installation, service, repair, replacement, modification and maintenance of equipment and/or systems which are part of or are used in conjunction with all company products.Provide the customer with updated technical briefings and act as a liaison to ensure that the customer is fully aware of all relevant issues and solutions which pertain to their specific aircraft.Evaluate the status of aircraft per aircraft owner request, and provide the recommendation and improvement for aircraft management and operation.Assist with GAC Sales for company event, airshow, aircraft owner visit.Cooperate with GAC Regional Customer Support Director & Sales, set down the complaint from the aircraft owner, aircraft management and operators, make them satisfy with GAC product.Outstanding customer support for 3M and be recognized from 3M aviation president, build the confidence on GAC product support, provided proof thru action of GAC product support is capable of.
