I have to use this vital skill to understand what the client is looking for and find the right candidates who match their requirements.So, what am I actually doing?As a HR Consultant on a daily basis I'm talking to Sales Team and a number of people that I feel would be right for the role. My work would involve:- Selecting eligible candidates for each position;- Calling to the qualified candidates;- Scheduling the interviews with Sales team;- Working closely together with Sales team to ensure high quality service.
