This role helps drive the day to day activity of the service network and support of Retail Supply Chain. Duties include but are not limited to:* Conducting and coordinating weekly meeting with cross functional teams to determine status, opportunity, risk, and metrics of the team's focus areas* Monitor and drive activity in support of a budget and cost savings goals.* Perform ad hoc project management activities in support of initiatives identified as necessary* Provide upward flow of information in regards to the team's progress to goal and status updates on initiatives

Responsible for facilitating the implementation of business requirements to support the Retail portfolio. This would include:* Requirements gathering with cross-functional resources.* Coordinate estimation and financing of project efforts.* Conduct necessary project evaluation and tracking through implementation.* Maintain communication with project stakeholders.

Responsible for identifying and implementing enhancements and improvements to existing global product intake processes, tools and methods. Partner with Technology to deliver enhancements to existing intake tools. Additionally, work with the Product leadership team to define and implement processes which enable and support the end to end Product Lifecycle.Responsibilities include:• Identify and analyze product process gaps, information flow obstacles or system issues and identify opportunities for improvement.• Lead business process re-engineering and business process modeling exercises• Elicit and document business requirements for process automation and reporting solutions• Provides support in reporting of key KPIs driven by portfolio management• Provides analysis and sourcing of data for all capacity evaluation requests• Partner with Technology to develop global processes, which support investment decisions for future state platforms• Work-cross functionally with all business teams to ensure stakeholders understand the product intake and demand management processes• Support global decision making process through preparing business teams for decision making discussions, including: providing templates for stage gate recommendations and decisions, prioritize pipeline and determine value ranking for new opportunities, evaluate inputs for quality

* Evaluate new product potential for customer base including devices, accessories, rate plans, and services* Assist with metric tracking for product line including but not limited to Sales, Inventory Value and Stock, Swaps, ARPU, and Churn* Assist with business case for all new products (Business Modeling, Pricing and Subsidy, Product Overview, and Executive Approval)* Manage the review and development of all rate plans (Postpay and Prepay)* Manage the implementation and launch of all products including development, training, documentation, and merchandising.* Assist with development of promotional strategy and product placement.* Manage key vendor partnership relationships for product acquisition, strategy, and sourcing.

* Evaluate new product potential for Postpay customer base* Review and submit monthly metric tracking for Postpay product (ARPU, Churn, Sales)* Assist with business case for all new products (Modeling, Product Overview, and Executive Approval)* Manage the review and development of all new Postpay rate plans* Manage the scoping, implementation, and launch of all new Postpay products* Liaison for Postpay in all cross functional inititativesNew product examples:* Device Financing Program (EIP) * Family Shared Data Plans* LTE implementation* Business plans* New brand launch* Customer Lifecycle communication plan* Churn initiatives* Promotion development

* Manage all aspects of a project plan from conception, budget, planning, and execution. * Oversee cross functional project team to manage prroject milestone delivery* Handle communication with upper level management of project goals and progress
