Experienced human capital consultant, striving to design and deliver solutions that manage risk, optimize benefits, cultivate talent, and empower employees for Fortune 500 companies.- Lead my client teams through a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, pricing, benchmarking, procurement, implementation, and management of a full array of health, benefits, and human capital strategies- A proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce consistently high quality deliverables on time and within budget; Self-starter attitude and an ability to handle ambiguity and pressure- Oversee the day to day project leaders, ensuring the progress of the teams against established objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards; Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients through effective communication and quality execution of projects, becoming an extension of the client team- Participate in the creation of new intellectual capital, prospect pursuits, and hosting of market events- Participate in the Integrated Learning Exchange leadership development program- Serve as role model and mentor to colleagues, making the office a fun, engaging, and collaborative place to work- Support local and national Women's Resource Group and Inclusion & Diversity Group initiatives- Co-chair of Community Involvement committee and leading at least two major charitable initiatives per year
