Manage a team of nine direct reports.Coordinated the installation of a new DCIM tool for the two main Allina data centers.Responsible for infrastructure tasks such as coordinating installations and data center projects, as well as operational tasks such as batch jobs, monitoring, and printing.Creation of process and procedures for the new data center including emergency procedures, day to day tasks such as racking and cabling, as well as procedures for operational tasks.

In addition to data center administrator responsibilities, I provide the following;• Provide team direction and manage the day to day operations of both of Altegrity's Minnesota data centers totaling over 18,000 sq. ft. of white space.• Coordinate infrastructure dependencies for equipment installations (power, network, SAN) including storage (HUSVM, USPV, Clariion, AMS), Blade enclosures and servers and box servers.• Manage data center health projects including monitoring, power consumption and balancing, and cooling efficiency.

• Builds, racking, cabling, and installation of servers (box and blade) as well as network equipment including switches, SAN, Storage equipment (USPV, DMX, Clariion) and other equipment.• Assisted in the construction of Kroll largest data center and worked as a liaison to the construction crews on site.• Wrote policy and process documentation to assure continuity and ease of operation between data centers• Constructed a team “wiki” informational site using Sharepoint.• Capacity planning.
