Provide direct support in the development and design life cycle of organization’s flagship websites such as https://aap.org and https://www.healthychildren.org – Assisted editorial and marketing teams with training, design concepts, social trends and technical support. Developed a web project that houses ~75 websites, which provides a secure environment with various online collaborative tools for more than 10K pediatricians. Develop training materials and how-to documents/guides that enhance the support process and project maintenance. Provide continual training to the different staff departments and divisions to maintain their respective web areas.Developed the organization’s Intranet portal through SharePoint 2013 and Microsoft O365. The intranet is the organization’s only source of information for staff to stay informed on different events, processes, activities and announcements. This includes sub sites for different groups within the organization. Supported the organization’s knowledge base for both staff and the organization’s membership along with training materials and how-to guides.

Provided technical support to a large enterprise customer base both national and international; served as liaison within the organization and its customers to secure contracts, by providing technical knowledge and guidance on the different Web Conferencing products offered.Worked with marketing and executive teams to develop customer support processes, agent training, and escalation processes. Assisted the IT department with technology upgrades, and testing of new products to assure customer satisfaction. Provided Level 1 and Level II technical support on Internet conferencing software and meeting tools like Skype for Business (formerly known as Microsoft LiveMeeting), WebEx and VoIP Conferencing.Developed an intranet site that allowed staff to centralize processes, gather reports and stayed up to date with internal news and information.
