CurrentManage large accounts and staff to meet client goals, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner and to grow contracts/accounts. Support communications with elected officials by scheduling, preparing materials for and attending briefings. Ensure adequate QAQC process is complete on all materials, including secondary internal review on work as well as participating in QAQC for others’ work. Develop news releases, statements, editorials and other written media materials. Plan for, organize and execute news conferences to include handling all logistics, conducting media outreach, identifying and securing speakers, developing talking points, media materials and visual aids. Represent Rifeline at external meetings and events for marketing purposes; train staff on deliberately engaging with clients and stakeholders for relationship building. Draft content for marketing materials (including case studies, brochures, website, etc.).
