During my time at BYU, I have developed expertise in experiential marketing, the design thinking method, customer experience management, media production, and many other skills. I will soon be graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Experience Design and Management. During my time as a marketing innovation intern with FamilySearch International, I have learned to multitask while working on several assignments such as staging an experiential marketing event with more than 250 attendees and coordinating two AI projects. I especially love using my analytical skills while journey mapping to identify and resolve customer pain points.
