As the company president of a family-owned asphalt and concrete company located in the Midwest, my primary responsibility is to provide leadership and strategic direction for the business. I’am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company and ensuring that all departments are working together effectively. I work closely with the sales team to develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives. I’am also responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the company's long-term success. I play a crucial role in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to ensure profitability. I also plays a critical role in talent management, including hiring, training, and retaining top talent to support the company's growth and success.Ultimately, I’am responsible for ensuring that the business operates ethically, safely, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations..
