In this role, I develop original components and accessories in collaboration with mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and designers, building prototypes and proof of concept products to fulfill conceptualization.

My promotion to the Customer Service division enabled me to support customers and dealers via phone and email with technical support and investigative troubleshooting for products and orders, handling issue escalations with an excellent rate of resolution.

This position allowed me to travel independently and with teams to promote the company at national events, setting up a large 800-1800 sq.ft. demonstration booth with a display area, “try-me” track, and vending truck. I set up and maintained Traxxas products, fabricated steel display pieces, and repaired any compromised elements.

Initially I was hired to work in the warehouse, pulling parts for orders, managing inventory, loading trucks, and operating forklifts and scissor lifts. This included a key role during our major facility relocation from a 50k to 90k square foot facility.

Serviced every kind of vehicle, rebuilding motors, transmissions, brake systems, etc. with complete restoration, inspection, and end-to-end customer service. Responsible for skilled diagnostics, mechanical issue troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, modification, and body repair. Oversaw all shop equipment, work order completion, billing, power.
