Managing delivery of bespoke medical software projects for receiving and analysing data from blood testing instruments, including statistical analysis. Involves managing multiple deliverables across multiple projects, with both clients and staff working in different time zones. The work is highly regulated and requires technical knowledge, medical knowledge, communication skills and attention to detail. The role is varied and I have had experience with FDA submissions, performing overseas software training, compiling quotations and software design as well as working within a Prince2 tailored project environment.

Lead tester of a project for a large multinational pharmaceutical company based in San Francisco. I had to design, write and execute a test strategy for a project from the ground up on a project lasting 30 months including training and management of other testers. This is now one of the projects that I manage.

This was a varied role and I was utilised in a wide manor of uses due to my level of experience. This included updating technical documentation, training 1st line support personnel, customer training days, software testing and analysis, on-site support and troubleshooting, root cause analysis of technical issues and project management activities.

This role involved overseeing several projects and arranging resources to progress customers’ needs. I ensured that all Requests for Change were agreed with the customers as well as Senior Management at TBS. I manage the delivery of the agreed work parcels and dealt with issues arising from it including re-work and investigations into improving performance. One of these projects involved the design and rollout of a software pilot in Canada for a multinational company. This solution was then adapted and was used in 5 countries spanning 6 different time zones.

TBS are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, who supply field mobility solutions to organisations that enable wireless communication with employees. My role entailed navigating SQL databases using SQL command line scripts and troubleshooting errors reported by customers. This includes communicating the status and progress of issues with customers as well as collating data and symptoms for issues that require bug fixes in the software.

AudioSoft are leaders in the supply of PC based digital voice recording and CTI solutions. I was involved in providing 1st line customer support for all of AudioSoft’s software range and hardware installations. I also performed a Project Manager role with their line of AudioPC-LE software solutions in the last 6 months, dealing with members of various police development branches.
