Having strong speaking and listening skills are key within this role. Also an excellent knowledge of IT systems, practices, signposts, internal knowledge bases and MS Suites go a very long way to doing this role well.Excellent understanding of Teams, Slack, Zoom and hosting/attending meetings. This was my probationary period at this role. During this time I was to learn how to team works together and operates on multiple projects at the same time. I would have my own assignments to contribute towards these products. This would consist of concept art, 3D modelling, rigging, animation and texture artist duties. At the end of my probation (3 months) I was promoted from Junior 3D Artist to 3D Artist and hired with a permanent position.
