I am a Shareholder and Director of the GrayRobinson, P.A. law firm, and head the firm’s Health Law Group. I have a litigation and business practice representing clients in the health care industry, including hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, diagnostic imaging centers, home health agencies, pharmacies, medical equipment suppliers, and therapy companies. I frequently advise clients about federal and state fraud and abuse laws and give opinions when necessary suggesting alternative ways to achieve objectives. I advise and defend health care organizations in regulatory matters, and in cases under the federal and Florida False Claims Acts.As part of my professional development, I actively participate in state and national health law organizations.
