Current• Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT related issues including desktop support, pc imaging, deployment and documentation break/fix, and any additional IT needs.• Administer and Support over 300 end user devices including HP desktops and thin clients, various laptops running XP and Windows 7, various printers – mostly HP and Ricoh.• Administer and support over 50 servers, routers, storage and backup devices, and various other core system and networking devices.• iPhone configuration, VPN setup, and support• Configure deploy and support VPN devices (Cisco PIX 501 and ASA5505) for remote locations• VPN support for mobile users via laptop• Active directory configuration/administration and NTFS permissions to control file level access• Microsoft Exchange administration• Remote support using a combination of Dameware, Remote Desktop, VNC, and LogMeIn Rescue• Monitor system (local and remote) uptime and work with third party vendors (Windstream, ATT, etc.) when downtime is experienced• Various reporting and light accounting functions• Configure, catalog, and monitor backup processes
