Senior manager responsible for business operations related to the design, development, and release of the company's proprietary metal mesh touch screen sensors. Main focus included streamlining the new product introduction (NPI) process, customer satisfaction, technical support, and overall product management. Directed all aspects of service and field business operations related to the company’s PECVD systems. Accountable for all onsite technical support of the PECVD equipment, including escalation resolution, maintenance and parts replacement, technical training and documentation, continuous-improvement programs, and customer relations. Established baseline budget, processes, and programs for company’s new Customer Support Group, including 3-year group strategic plan, organizational and reporting structure, and business plan.

Worldwide senior manager responsible for Customer Support Group comprised of 160+ employees throughout the U.S., Israel, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, and Singapore. Led team of 6 direct reports and oversaw all aspects of customer support for 3 product lines. Managed annual budget of $22 million and full P&L responsibility of group’s annual revenues in excess of $36 million. Headed multiple groups: Field Service Engineering, Applications Engineering, Training / Technical Publications, and Product Support Engineering. Defined group strategy and product portfolio to support revenue growth, control costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Led the Customer Support Group with responsibility for all tactical implementation of group strategy related to equipment service and support as well as supervision of 120+ employees across the U.S., Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and China. Managed team of 8 direct reports and oversaw all aspects of customer support for 2 product lines. Oversaw multiple groups, including Field Service Engineering, Product Support Engineering, Training / Technical Publications, and Field Logistics. Reported directly to the Vice President — Customer Support.

Product champion of company’s CMP product line for driving all efforts leading toward the alpha release and product introduction into the marketplace. Functioned as main interface between engineering / process groups and customers to help translate market requirements into equipment specifications and performance needs. Led weekly meetings with senior management to update product developments and engineering roadblocks. Served as Project Manager for developing all milestones and controlling schedules.
