My involvement on the Quality side of the casting business for thirty five years has enabled me to help customers resolve concerns quickly. Casting quality issues can seem overwhelming to casting buyers at times if you are not solving them on a daily basis. In my capacity as a Quality Engineer and Quality Manager I have worked with several of the countries largest OEM as the "go to" problem solver on casting issues at the foundry. This would often involve determining how machining of the parts affected the problem. As an Account Manager I now use my casting experiences to help customers find solutions for casting concerns, streamline the supply chain, offer engineering advice and investigate ways to add value.
