As a Principal Human Factors and Accessibility Consultant, I have a breadth of experience working within civilian and military domains. I have cross-sector technical ability in the planning and delivery of Human Factors Integration and enjoy the challenge of applying principles of User Centred Design to the evaluation and development of conceptual designs and systems. I have additionally worked within Her Majesty's Prisons and Probation Service (HMPPS) and developed a broad range of skills in applying and evaluating theoretical approaches to behavioural change. Our Human Factors team seek to provide bespoke project support such that the needs of people are fully met within the design and development of systems.In recent years I have proudly developed my competence and skills in providing access consultancy, and have undertaken inclusive design projects in multiple sectors, from financial, energy, through to rail. Projects have ranged from strategy development to accessibility assessments (public realm and built environment) and design appraisals. I have a depth of knowledge conducting diversity and equality impact assessments.
