- Was a district Payment Champion, leading learning sessions about new everyday banking and credit card promotional opportunities covering benefits, rewards, features and helping customers understand how they tie into new or existing customer bundles and offerings. - Responsible for all aspects of clients’ personal finance products; from investments to mortgages, with a focus on established, affluent clientele with larger net worth. - Provided customer insights regarding current product offerings (credit cards, everyday banking, mortgages, investment interfaces, online banking features etc).

- Performed student onboarding as part of an off-site initiative project at post-secondary schools; 15-30+ student account packages were opened each day, this lead to the branch achieving the highest GTA North branch results in Fiscal 2016 with 233% of plan bank account sales, and 248% of plan for credit card sales.- Worked with clients to assess their current financial status, determine future opportunities and assist with their financial needs while ultimately, working to achieve personal and business goals within the branch.
