Held the position of manager of the Electrical group for the Hawker Model 4000, leading a team of eight (8) to twelve (12) engineers ranging from Entry to Senior Level. Responsibilities, in addition to personnel management, included oversight of the development, release and submittal of certification documents by the group and ensuring support of flight.

Responsibilities included generation of flight test cards, flight test procedures and flight specific weight and balance charts (performed aircraft “stringing” and weighing to determine proper aircraft CG configurations required for weight.
