Responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for The Metamorphosis Community Project. This role requires a dedicated individual with a passion for community service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain partnerships that support the organization’s mission to uplift the Greater Riverdale Area. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, managing program development, administration, and financial management. The Executive Director fosters relationships with community members and stakeholders, builds strategic partnerships, secures funding, supervises program implementation, recruits and manages staff and volunteers, and serves as the primary spokesperson advocating for the community and raising awareness of the organization's impact.

Plan, envision, mobilize and lead church to make disciples through ongoing organic & programmatic outreach and interaction endeavors. Equip, position and release the church (as an organization) and (individual) members to care for the practical needs of our church family and (as we are able) surrounding community.

SoLt Community Network exists to equip, mobilize and represent churches in engaging their community. SoLt is an acronym, playing off of the call from Christ to be salt in this world, which stands for 'sprinkling our localities thru'...community network. We are convinced that the church can be a vehicle to gather and distribute the necessary resources to address temporal needs and communicate & offer assistance with eternal needs.SoLt seeks to be a conduit that connects mission-minded ministries with the resources to be missional in a context in which many churches are overwhelmed with the needs of their own congregation to the detriment of consist, personal mission.
