April 2019 was the date I purchased the master franchisee rights to the Computer Troubleshooters Aust. Computer Troubleshooters is a National network of 45 franchisees located across Australia. Each franchise focuses on delivering IT services and Support to small to medium businesses as their contracted IT department. (MSP model). My goal is to grow the network in all states and ensure that people who decide to join his network develop a successful business in the IT space. Key services are: transitioning to the cloud using Office 365, cyber-security, nbn VoIP, IT monitoring and remediation, cloud services including backup and support. After leaving AVG I started this consulting/training and development business to focus on my passion for sales. The focus of the business is to develop sales people through the skills of business acumen, being able to hold an effective and valuable conversation focused on the clients needs. In addition I am working as a sales coach and mentor to sales leaders enabling them to focus on developing a high performing sales team.

Responsible for the Channel, and Direct Sales for the SMB market segments across Australia and New Zealand.Successfully brought to market AVG CloudCare in 2013 and AVG Managed Workplace in 2014 while achieving growth in the traditional product line of Anti Virus internet security.Achieved growth in the partner base through the development of an excellent channel program that resulted in AVG Australia being recognized by the Australian Computer Troubleshooters Franchise network as the Vendor of the year award in 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015. Something I am very proud of.My clear objective was to make sure that the sales team was improving and delivering an excellent client interaction supported by a very effective digital strategy, a world class e-commerce partner portal and excellent local support.My focus was a whole of business approach covering every facet of developing an excellent sales organisation. This role was one of the best experiences in my life as I learnt and developed so much as an individual.

AchieveGlobal is a global provider of performance improvement solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership. In this role I was fortunate to work with some significant blue chip organisations including BlueScope Steel, CGU, Vero, STIHL, Pearson Education, DENTSPLY and the list goes on.My responsibilities included managing the small team located in Melbourne and developing my own portfolio of clients. Achieved the highest recognition as the top performer in the ASIA Pacific region and set new sales records three years in a row.

My own consulting organisation mainly worked for two clients one in a Business Development role for Digital marketing services and loyalty programs and providing facilitation skills for another client in leadership and financial acumen training programs

Established Domain name registration company, sold the business in 2002 to Dark Blue Sea located in Queensland Australia.
