Human Resources Manager
Current- Recruit candidates with job profile and management expectations for the position. Recruit for part-time, full-time, and management positions. - Maintain associate's time cards to ensure they are paid accurately using the Kronos software-Monitor PTO (paid time off) for associates- Notify Store Director and Regional HR Supervisor of all associate relation issues and areas of concerns- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding of associates- Review HR documents for accuracy and completeness and submit to appropriate HR specialty in the support office- Coordinate and inventory store uniform supply and laundering program- Coordinate Service Award program- Represent HR department at store huddle ups, in-store meetings, and safety meetings- Partner with store leadership on store events; Boo Fest, United Way Campaigns, Associate Appreciate events, Bunny Hop, etc. - All other duties as assigned by Store Director or HR Director
