I've worked in the Service industry for over 15 years. I've learned to be fast, thorough, and efficient. Every day presents me with new challenges as I cater to each individual persons needs. I look to take this same energy and knowledge and apply it towards a career in Information Technology. At the age of 13 I started working on computers, learning how they operate and how the components work together. Any time there is a problem with technology, or something to setup, I am excited to take on the task and do it to the best of my ability. From installing computer upgrades, setting up networks, programing IoT devices, even opening my children's Xbox to clean the dust out of it to prevent overheating and improve performance. I get a sense of pride with a job well done. I decided to turn my passion into a career and signed myself up for a introduction to IT course and look forward to my first certificate as well as my first IT job.
