Manager over Test Lab Projects to help improves the company’s business case. As a Tool and Die Maker, I troubleshot and set up die sets for two hydraulic and two mechanical presses to manufacture bearing components to meet customer specifications. Ordered new tooling and made modifications when needed. Assisted Engineering in component die set and press problem solving to meet customer specifications. Troubleshot and repaired centerless grinders. Assisted in improving quality and addressing customer quality issues. Team Leader of 15 machine operators and six machine set-up associates on three shifts to meet and enhance the department’s schedule, safety, and KPIsProvided daily updates to management on the team’s production and output
