I am a Master’s qualified HSEQ professional. I began my career in 1992 at sea, conducting seabed surveys internationally in Europe, Africa, South Asia, South East Asia, and Australia. I returned to education in 1996 and obtained a Master’s Degree (Distinction) Marine Resource Management. Thereafter, I worked in the UK as an environmental consultant, before taking an Environmental Advisor position in Talisman Energy. In 2006, I relocated to Norway with Talisman where I held several positions, including Senior HSE Advisor, Environment Manager and Business Performance Lead. In 2015 I began as Senior HSEQ & Governance Advisor in LOTOS E&P Norge, before becoming HSE Manager (Operations) at PGNiG Upstream Norway in 2023. In June 2024, I began working in the offshore wind industry as HSEQ Manager for Vårgrønn.
