The club consists of 6 separate teams (Peewee, U13, U15, U17, U19, and Adult). I made a program that includes in-season football specific practices and off-season strength and conditioning training. I also played professionally for the adult team in the top division in Norway.

In-store trainer manager was responsible for implementing daily trainings to the employee's to keep them up to date on new products and features. Also responsible for training all new hires to the store. Floor manager responsibilities include monitoring daily KPI's goals, setting schedules, opening/closing duties, book keeping routines, as well as managing the employee's and motivating them to hit the daily/monthly targets.

I delivered Insurance benefits to friends and family of the unions of the greater St. Louis and St. Charles area. I was responsible for making calls and setting my own meeting and creating a presentation for them to see how we can help them get protected.

I developed, organized and implemented my own lesson plans. I taught both group and private classes. Every class was shaped to the needs of the students in the class.
