I began my insurance career in 1995 on the carrier side with Great West Life and later United Health Care, where I completed an intensive self-funded underwriting and sales training program and also sold national large group programs. I transitioned to retail group sales in 1998 where I sold both self-funded and fully-insured benefit plans for two large regional brokerage houses. My combination of carrier-side training and contacts, coupled with my regional brokerage client-side service experience prove invaluable when designing and implementing tailor-made benefit solutions for Benchmark Benefits' clients.Specialties: Benchmark Benefits designs fully insured and self funded employee benefit solutions to maximize the overall value for each of our client's individual needs.
