Coordinated BRE production support and led process improvement projects, performed issue and planning reviews, created quality reports, and developed refurbishment inspection and planning standards. Build Reliability Engineering liaison to Launch/Vehicle Engineering.• Company focal point for Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control. Led efforts to improve FOD controls and cleaning/inspection processes across Falcon 9 integration and sub-assembly areas, resulting in sustained reductions in propellant tank contamination escapes to the test site, enabling a 1-day reduction in post-test processing time. Developed standards and training documentation for particulate analysis.

Major accomplishments include:• Led inspection improvements and standardization for Falcon 9 integration in order to mitigate build risk without impacting test/launch schedule. • Supported two anomaly investigations. Created multiple report exhibits and load case reviews for vehicle systems to exonerate branches of the fault tree. Primary on-site BRE overseeing the return-to-flight launch campaign in Vandenberg.• Led multiple Foreign Object Debris risk reduction projects, including; -Propellant tank cleanliness initiative for Falcon 9 first and second stages. -Creation and rollout of a company-wide control plan methodology for identifying and documenting Foreign Object Debris risks and controls while maintaining AS9100 compliance. -Root cause analysis and corrective action for a variety of hardware-cleanliness related problems. -Qualification and validation of particle counting/sizing technology in new applications.
