Primary responsibility:Oversee the smooth operation of all engineering projects within the company. This includes customer relations and sales activities. Evaluate and mentor junior engineers to help them realize their full potential.Additional duties:Design and develop motion control software. This includes software architecture design and documentation, defining the development cycle and assigning tasks to project team members, testing and validation of the final application, and installation and ongoing support of the final product for the end customer.Additional responsibilities include working with customers to define project requirements, sales efforts to generate new opportunities, internal and external training, evaluation of new technologies and development of company methodology practices.Specialties: Project Management, Software Design, Mentoring
