It is hard to watch businesses burn through hundreds of employee work-hours on tasks that do not engage their most valuable attributes - creativity, critical thinking, desire to learn, and ability to question the status quo. Instead, many workers are sunk into daily routines where one becomes nothing more than a mindless link in the business value-creation chain. Starting from the use of a simple Excel macro, all the way up to sophisticated workflow solutions; creation of dashboards for operations teams; implementation of sanity checks; autonomous bank account balances reconciliation - are a few of many examples of various tools that I master to help free up employee time for tasks that cannot be done by any other means. Hence, making business more agile, more responsive to change, and even more ready to meet ever changing customer needs.
