- Resolve Door Installations by making inquiries utilizing every resource for best possible outcome for the Customer, Lowe's and Amarr/Entrematic.
- Reporting outcomes and costs to Amarr/Entrematic Leadership and Lowe’s.
- Using multiple software systems for everyday task functions.Past Responsibilities
