I am a dynamic professional with strengths in workforce management operations and analytics, customer service, as well as analyzing and synthesizing data and business needs in order to make and effectuate strategic decisions to achieve business objectives. Over the last five years I’ve worked for Axcess Financial and it’s spin-off company, Tempoe. During my tenure I progressed through a series of five promotions starting as a Customer Services Representative I & II, and then graduating to a Support Center Support Specialist and then to Workforce Management Analyst. My current is as a Workforce Management Planner. In this role I indirectly oversee 340 non-operational agents located in 5 call centers in the U.S., Mexico, and Honduras (having originally been given oversight of 50 agents). This position requires me to excel in advising, training, and developing agents to create successful system implementation of functional business processes. Our call center handles 100,000 calls per month for internal business function as well as managing all the calls for 15 national corporations.I am a highly adept people manager, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to relay technical information clearly and in simple terms. By nature, I am proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on professional who excels both as a team player and working individually in high-level, fast-paced, matrix, and geographically dispersed environments.
