Volunteer position leading other volunteers in serving City Life Church in Grand Rapids. This team runs the sound booth, pro presenter with slides for worship and sermons, operates lightkey for stage lights and problem solving unique issues dealing with live services.Also responsible for scheduling, communication from other leaders to volunteers in matters.

Took over managing Packaging team while maintaining other responsibilities. Helped double our monthly production output in 6 months. During this time oversaw switch from predominately LTL to FTL shipping. Dove deeper into building packaging schedule to meet sales forcast. performed monthly finished good inventory and quarterly full inventory.

A more focused title with similar responsibilities. Used Orchestrated Spirits software system to now track everything I was doing. Also started to help plan our packaging schedule monthly.

Switched to production to help supply hand sanitizer during the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Ended up managing a packaging team while also helping out with inventory, planning, warehousing and shipping. In August of 2020 we ended sanitizer production and focused more on spirit manufacturing. Took on more responsibilities with shipping and making sure.

Working to help relaunch and build a craft spirits brands. Served both on and off premise customers. Managed at multiple events including whiskey shows all over Michigan. Hire/train/manage a team of Brand Ambassadors throughout West Michigan. Helping to drive sales at a rate of 130% growth. Then again in fall of 2022 was asked to go back out in market 1.
