I develop custom acquisition and analysis solutions for Nikon Instruments and our customers using advanced features NIS-Elements, including our JOBS acquisition and GA3 analysis platforms. My position gives me the opportunity to work with multiple groups - from customers, to field representatives, to product and development teams - to develop timely and effective solutions.I support Nikon Instruments' efforts by providing technical assistance to customers and by assisting the rest of our Software Support group in addressing ongoing challenges. I also provide training to internal staff and develop documentation and other materials to assist in learning and applying image processing and analysis tools.

My role includes but is not limited to technical support and troubleshooting, applications support, product improvement, and assay development. My focus in this position is to maintain and improve appreciation of the powerful capabilities of our software suite to enhance biological and materials research.
