I am a conversion rate optimization (CRO) executive with a passion for social media marketing. I have completed multiple online marketing certifications from LinkedIn, and I have a high school diploma from Barker College. I have worked as a CRO executive at Resolution Digital, a leading digital marketing agency, for two years, where I specialized in A/B testing and sitewide auditing for various clients.At Resolution Digital, I used and became efficient with different testing platforms, such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, and Kentico, depending on the client's needs and preferences. I conducted tests ranging from simple content changes to complex personalizations with challenging triggering requirements. I also performed audits of client webpages using analytics and heatmapping tools to analyze the sitewide and page by page performance, and to inform the test ideation process. I worked with a team of CRO experts, web developers, and designers to deliver effective and data-driven solutions that increased the conversion rate and user experience for the clients.
