- All tasks as part of the Technical Consultant role with addition to the following responsibilities:- Manage relationship between Xceed Group backup team and IBM.- Be the face of the "Honda BUR Team" on all customer meetings.- Handle scheduling of on-call rotation as well as time-off requests for the backup team.- Own CommVault restore needs for legal hold media.- Be an escalation point whenever necessary, including for all high severity issues that arise.

- Backup and storage consultant working on the Honda account as an IBM vendor. Managing ~4800 nodes in TSM.- Focus on TSM administration at both the server and client levels.- Handle client configurations for both BA and TDP clients.- Tuning of daily maintenance and day-to-day health monitoring of TSM servers.- Own relationship between IBM backup team and Honda DBA group.- Handle TDP specific issues with DBAs on an on-going basis.- Work on all ranges of OS, including: Windows, Linux(RedHat), AIX, SunOS.- Manage data domain growth in relation to TSM backups and storage pools.- Assist in managing library manager and the TS3584 tape library in the environment.
