CurrentReviews andprocesses enlisted discharges IAW the regulation and NGB policy. Initiates and reviewsIPPS-A transactions such as orders for transfers within your MSC, DPOS, & awardingmilitary occupational specialty through IPPS-A. You will be reviewing and processingawards IAW AR 600-8-22. Processing personnel and administrative documents in theInteractive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS); which mayrequire you to initiate an action in IPPS-A. In some cases you would be required todevelop and draft unit training schedules and input data into Digital TrainingManagement Systems (DTMS) for approval IAW with command guidance anddirectives. Prepare reports for the units using IPPS-A. Advises enlisted personnel onmilitary education requirements and prepares applications for Army service schools.Processes extensions on Retention Management System (RMS). Review and submitextension waivers to G1 using the IPPS-A routing portal. Advises Commander or OIC onpersonnel administration actions, performs quality assurance and other duties assignedto accomplish the mission.
